There are many skincare product choices. With each product are statements why it is the best product for your skincare needs. STEP 4 - be patient and determined. Some people I have talked with have designed their own food screening program. That is, they have stepped back and taken a look at the foods they eat throughout the week and cut out certain foods they think may be contributing to their eczema flare-ups. While it can take time and may not always deliver definite results, this approach has worked for them. For example, they have discovered they are allergic to foods like citrus fruits or peanuts. Not eating these foods they discover clears up their skin redness and itching. Remember to be gentle on yourself when adjusting your diet. Always consult your doctor and keep him/her in informed on your progress.

Sesame oil - rich in vitamins E and B, and in minerals such as calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. Emollient and anti-inflammatory properties.
Aloe Vera - well respected for its healing properties. Aloe Vera contains vitamin B complex, folic acid, vitamin C and carotene (a precursor of vitamin A).
Hempseed Oil - high in proteins and omega fatty acids , including linoleic acid, which helps stimulate cell growth.
Lanolin - an excellent emollient. Has chemical and physical similarities to human skin lipids, promotes water retention in the skin. Additionally, lanolin has increased adherence to dry skin enabling it to form a protective barrier and promote hydration.
Rosehip Oil - contains a high amount of vitamin E, vitamin A and essential fatty acids which promote cell regeneration and healthy skin.
Beeswax - hydrates the skin without clogging pores. Forms a light barrier on the skin helping to seal in water, moisturizing oils and butters. It is an all-natural, non-refined (filtered only) product. Naturally nourishing moisturizer, an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiallergenic and a germicidal antioxidant.
Avocado Oil – contains high amounts of Vitamin A, B1, B2, D, and E. Also contains amino acids, sterols, pantothenic acid, lecithin, and other essential fatty acids.
Sea Buckthorn Oil - contains a high level of carotenoids, which has beta carotene as its main component, and provides natural UV protection for the skin. This variety of sea buckthorn is also rich in vitamin C and has antioxidant properties.
Borage Oil - well known as one of the richest sources of essential fatty acids known to man. It is a rich source of gamma linolenic acid (GLA), which encourage mobile joints and tissues. It is also a fantastic source for linolenic Acid, vitamins, and minerals.
Evening Primrose Oil - contains high levels of Gamma Linolenic Acid (Omega 6). Acts as an emollient and skin-conditioning agent high in essential fatty acids that can contribute to skin and scalp health. Evening Primrose Oil is also a rich source of gamma linoleic acid, omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. The oil has been shown to soothe inflammation.
Calamine - used a skin protectant and to soothe and cool the skin for itch relief. It contains the active ingredient zinc oxide, which has antiseptic properties and helps prevent infection from scratching. Contains zinc oxide with roughly 5% ferric oxide.
Silver Colloid - acts as a local antibiotic and also a powerful anti-inflammatory agent
White Willow Bark - contains natural salicylic acid which treats acne, pain, all kinds of inflammation, and is used as an antioxidant in natural formulations. Salicylic acid in its natural form is non-irritating and non-drying.
Canadian Willowherb™ (Epilobium angustifolium) (Indian Paint Brush) - has ben used for anti-viral, antitumour, and anti-hyperandrogenic applications and has also been shown to effectively kill the P. Acne bacterium associated with acne.
Helichrysum Hydrosol - said to help Rosacea, inflamed or irritated skin and eczema.
Helichrysum Essential Oil (EO) – is well respected for it's skin healing properties.
Lavender Hydrosol – shown to be emotionally and physically balancing. Has been used traditionally on for minor scrapes to a sleep aid. For people with sensitive or damaged skin.
Lavender EO - Herbalists regard Lavender as the most useful and versatile essential oil for therapeutic purposes.
Geranium EO - can be used to help in the treatment of the following: acne, bruises, burns, cuts, dermatitis, eczema, hemorrhoids, lice, mosquito repellant, ringworm, ulcers, breast engorgement, edema, poor circulation, sore throat, tonsillitis, PMS, menopausal problems, stress and neuralgia. It's reputation as an extremely versatile essential oil is well documented.
Patchouli EO - is excellent for general skin care, dermatitis, dandruff, athletes' foot, eczema, acne and sores. The specific properties include use as an antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, anti-emetic, antimicrobal, antiphlogistic, antiseptic, antitoxic, antiviral, aphrodisiac, astringent, bactericidal, carminative, deodorant, digestive, diuretic, febrifuge, fungicidal, nerving, prophylactic, stimulating and tonic agent.
Other ingredients include: Bergamot EO (Essential Oil), Cedarwood EO, Rose EO, Chamomile EO, Soy Lecithin, and less than 0.3% preservative ( germal+) to extend shelf life. Back to Top

The kits were created to relieve the itch that is sometimes associated with eczema and psoriasis. Each cream uses the E/P Cream Standard Formula as a base. E/P Standard Formula has proven to be very effective for soothing redness and helping ease conditions associated with eczema and psoriasis. The other 3 creams each have a unique variation; one with Colloidal Silver, one with Canadian WillowherbTM and one with Calamine and White Willow Bark.
If your condition is not itchy, then the E/P Cream Standard may be enough. The salve contains the same ingredients as the E/P Cream Standard Formula but is in a salve form rather than a cream. We do not offer salve with Calamine, Canadian WillowherbTM, or Silver Colloid.
The salve comes in a 1 oz tin that is convenient for your purse on pocket or kitchen drawer. The creams however, are sometimes more soothing than the salve to put on your skin as they require less rubbing, they contain water for better skin hydration, and can be more cooling. It is however, a matter of personal preference as to which one works for you.
The salve does not contain ingredients that work on the itch. So if you have itchy skin, then the E/P Calamine/White Willow Bark, E/P Silver Colloid, or E/P Canadian WillowherbTM may very well be the best choice. Again, you can try all the creams in the E/P Sample Kits for a very reasonable price.
